This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called beginning of September for someone to come for annual fire extinguisher service. A couple weeks later I got a call that someone would be out in my area and would come in. I expected someone who would perform the service but it was someone who gave a quote for the services. I accepted the quote and he said someone would call us in a couple of days. A couple of days later we got a call from them wanting us to use their rug service. We did not but explained to the person that called that we just needed the fire inspection certifications at this time. He said that someone should call us within the next day or so. Fast forward to Mid November and realized that they never called or came out (we have been busy and did not check). Called Monday and explained that the fire extinguishers were now out of inspection date and we are near our annual fire inspection time. I was transferred to the salesperson who did not answer so I left him a message on his phone. Wednesday came and no call. Called back and the lady took down all of my information and said she would relay it to him and his manager as urgent and I should get a call back within a few hours. It is now Thursday and when I called back the person once again took down my information and then transferred me to another person where the phone just continued to ring with no answer. They are either the most disorganized company ever or they just don't care.
