Mike Brown

Dr. Conway and his Physician's Assistant were absolutely professional from the start to the finish. They explained the situation and offered details on a couple of solutions. Wish all medial offices were this great.

The problem is Dr. Polisky is no longer at this practice. I was told that he moved to Isreal last year to retire but they didn't want to disclose this so that they wouldn't lose his customers. The treatment I got was OK but I don't like that they lied to try to keep customers. I will never go there again.

I can't believe one star ratings for this amazing practice - I won't go anywhere else! Perhaps those disappointed patients didn't give the office enough info, or time, to resolve their issues. Dr Polisky & staff have gone above and beyond expectations to address any issues I've had. They even accommodated my hushand, who suffered from severe dementia, when he needed facial surgery. That's much appreciated empathy, kindness, and devotion to 5 star patient care in my mind.

The only reason I’m placing one star rating is that there is no 0 rating. Employees are extremely rude, especially Gladys Gomez who argues with patients, treat with humiliation attitude and homophobic expressions. This employee schedule appointments with hours delays, calls for transportations with false information for pick up time. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!!! I’ll be reporting to IDHFS about this location. They do not deserve any rights to provide any medical service.
