The food here was out of this world! Amazing we loved the restaurants and the staff was super friendly. Personally I don’t think the spa is worth it. We got the romance package and probably spent almost 700 for everything for 1 night. A little pricey for what we got. I wouldn’t do the spa again but honestly everything else was great. You have to get the Poke Tuna Nachos at the Concourse. The amenities were also great! We played in the arcade, went swimming and enjoyed the sauna.

This was a great hotel for our girls weekend away. Very reasonable rates. Overall the place is a little outdated but it also has old world charm, great amenities and very friendly staff.
Have been here many times...never disappoints. A great getaway surrounded by natural beauty. A class act resort. Will be back again next year. Thanks for a great experience.
Beautiful resort. Well appointed rooms/suites. Two nice restaurants. Their Christmas market and cooking classes are wonderful. Landscaping in the spring, summer and fall is beautiful. Pretty lake with many activities. This is one of our favorite spots. Some areas of the resort, especially the main building, are showing their age. The carpet on the ground floor needs to be replaced.
Only rating a 4 because of the restaurant service in Ottos. For a 4star resort the service in the restaurant was bad Friday night we were more patient and understanding. Saturday late morning after rush restaurant was not busy our waitress too business giggling with the bartender to wait on us after waiting 20min we walked out. All other hotel service was on point beautiful resort.
Very big place. Spacious fully equipped room with full kitchen. Game room, indoor and outdoor pool, and fitness room. Bar/coffee shop serving Colectivo coffee. Beach and places to walk around. NOT a budget-friendly resort though. It is a resort so...
Killer resort! First time here and loving it so far. Kid friendly, great pools, and an awesome beachfront. Very solid bloodies at the beach bar. Very solid. Rooms are great, sercice is friendly, and the balconies are perfect for that afternoon cigar and a lager. Highly recommend.
My Husband and I stayed this past weekend. We enjoyed our weekend away from our busy lives. The resort was beautiful. We did order room service and the food was good. Just wish there was some more food options for picky eaters. Our one bedroom suite was perfect for the two of us. We loved the two person whirlpool. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was it was very very cold. We turned up the heat and turned the fireplace on in the other room hoping it would warm up but it seemed like the heat wasn’t working. My husband opened the blinds in the bedroom and noticed the floor and the window at the bottom inside the bedroom was full of ice and frost. The floor was even wet. My husband noticed this the night before we were leaving so we didn’t call and tell. Said we would address at check out but we weren’t even asked how our stay was. Maybe we shouldn’t of did express check out, our fault. The other thing I didn’t like about the room was the resorts website mentions that the room had a stove top, which I would think would also have a oven but I was wrong. I even called a few days before to confirm and was told there was a small oven. All we had was a microwave, and two small burners. Make sure to call and clearly what is actually in the kitchen.
