When I need access to get into my POD that is stored at their facility I have no problem. I recently moved and had to call POS to move my furniture from one house to the new house. They were no issues or problems. They have sent me a list of movers that know how to pack the POD so my furniture and items didn't get damaged while traveling to new house. I would recommend PODS for all your moving & storage needs. The drivers are professional and courteous. They show up within the 3he window that was promised.

I have been using PODS for several moves using 3 different versions of the containers with good results. So far I have used about 8 containers thru the years. I used to give them a 5 star but my latest experience with the charges has been terrible. I ordered the latest container and it went well, the driver fit it in perfect. I called about my delivery for a second container on this move and was told one was scheduled for delivery the next day 6/15, glad I called as I did not know this ! I thought that to be perfect as it turned out as I had just finished packing the first one on this move. I asked them to put it in the same spot as the one removed. I was told they were not doing a pick up only a drop off, this didn't make sense, why not pick the one up as you drop off another one ? I advise them in order to fit the next one That had to be moved as I also am ordering a third one. I see how this plays out today as you can't get reach of the local office. I drop to a Two Star because I was then told the charges went up 50.00 because of summer rates. Seems to me when you order in volume the price should go down. I wasn't told about the increase until I asked why the charges at 264.00 are higher then the last two containers I had this year. They were just going to charge a higher rate, this is poor business practice they also charge a 10.00 a month insurance fee that you don't need as your homeowners policy covers or most credit card charges are insured. SHOP AROUND at other companies.
