Top notch. And I know meat. When visiting relatives I always bring a load of products with from Elkton Locker. Don't know if it's me or the meat that makes em smile when I walk in but..we all sure enjoy eating !!

Bacon and beef sticks are amazing. The bacon is cut so thick that it Cooks up kind of like a bacon jerky. If you visit Elkton without buying bacon you're basically un-american.

I raise high end mangalitsa pork and have had all my hogs butchered at elkton. We have had our issues with them but they have always made things right. The quality of the job has always been fantastic. I have people that drive hours to buy my pork processed there. Steve and Diane are great people to work with!!!!!

One star is one to many. I had a hog butchered and the experience was terrible. I told them how I wanted it processed in December and in the beginning of March the pork was still curing. It was a simple process. Chops, bacon, sausage, roasts. Tried all of the bacon seasoning flavors, if that is the best they can do please stop. The chops tasted like the meat got warm and the seasoned sausage is not fit for man nor beast. Never again will I have anything processed and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The 270.00 I spent should have been spent on dog food because that's who is eating the pork.
