I went there for my very first time. Because the pandemic I don't use to dine in restaurants, only carry out. This time I ordered an Original Half Pound Phoenix Burger. -Price: Very reasonable. 10 1 Cheese -Carry out presentation: They wrapped the burger with aluminum to keep it warm. I loved it. To me, the food's temperature is so important. -Ingredients: Onion, tomato and lettuce were so fresh they don't charge as extra, some other places do. The extra cheese I ordered was Gouda, they have more options. -Flavor: The burger had a very good taste to me, like homemade. Fries were seasoned with Old Bay (first time trying it) I really like it. Thank you for your service; Hoping to come back!

This was my first time ever visiting Old Ellicott City and my boyfriend and I decided to go to Phoenix Upper Main for dinner. Although this was during the pandemic, the restaurant definitely had physically-distant seating and the staff was very nice! We both ordered the Roasted Toasted Crab Dip Sandwich and words cannot explain how amazing it was. I highly recommend it. I was NOT disappointed in the slightest. I can’t wait to return!!

This SHOULD BE 5 Stars......the food was AWESOME! Best Reuben I have ever had....BUT....... When it came time to change my daughters diaper, I had to do so from the floor of the men’s restroom because they had no changing table. When I asked, they said it’s in the women’s restroom. 5 star Dad’s change diapers......and 5 star restaurants have a place for those Dads to do so.

Jerk chicken sandwich was great. But care needs to be taken not to soggy the bottom bread. The flavors and spice were a perfect combination. The fish and chips was also really really tasty. Light and fluffy fish with nice crunch all the way to the last nite. The pretzels were average and the cheese a little runny but overall my dish was delicious.

Very cool place to have a beer and grab some great food. The staff is very friendly and we’re enjoying their job so much they were dancing around to the music, which made everything a lot of fun. Very attentive and highly recommended. The shortribs were fantastic
