My experience on this place was awesome. The staff on front they were super gentle and polite helping me. it was my first time. I definitely will be back to this clinic, best thing my doctor!!

Went to see receptionist for the health department, the receptionist was so sweet and kind. Very informative & helpful.
Worst medical staff. They consistently come in late and can't do their jobs. I had a confirmed appointment and when the staff finally showed up, the told me that not only was the doctor not in, but she couldn't see me. Not recommended.
Dr Shleenbaker is awesome every visit he has been so helpful his staff is always kind. My experience has always been great always professional and helpful
Refuse to answer the phone
Doctor is nice but staff was unhelpful. I waited 40minutes to be called back for my appointment and two other people who came in after me got called back. When I asked one of the ladies if I was going to get called next she simple stated ,,i dont know. Sorry, and walked back into the room. I later on called to reschedule my appointment and explained what happened and the person on the other side didn't even acknowledge my frustration. They stayed quiet and then asked when I could come back. Cannot give a good review with this type of treatment. I felt it was very unprofessional.
Worst experience! Jose Esparza was ridiculously rude. He made very unprofessional comments. In my opinion he is a sorry excuse of a health provider. I suggest training the staff and health providers in a higher professional level that is extremely needed; or better yet hire someone else who is friendly and understanding as a primary care giver. Will not be coming back to this place.
Cancelled and refused to renew a subscription that I'd had for years unless I made a 75 dollar appointment. Crooks and extortionists, find anyone else who takes your insurance.
