Today I stopped to return cans there was an older man who was counting the cans. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldn't believe they hired someone that obviously has no customer service experience. He has no idea of what issues someone else may be dealing with. Stopping to return cans should be easy to do but not here. I believe someone in such a customer hands on position should have an ounce of compassion this man does not. Just beware if you are looking for a happy employee you will not find it here if this older man is taking care of you.

This location needs to replace all their employees! They all definitely hate their jobs, and it shows!!! Extremely RUDE!!!
Frustrating. It's closed 1-1:30 everyday as they all take a lunch break, apparently together instead of in shifts. Even by 1:45, no one returned. Came back on Monday morning since they open at 9. Nope. No one there, didn't have patience to see when they might show up. Used them before and thought staff was pretty decent but hours of operation seem unreliable.
This is the second time that I've been to this place, and it will now be my last. The first time I was there I brought in about 20 kitchen can size bags and I was scolded by one of the employees there. That it was too many bags to bring in at once. So this time I came in I brought in six bags as not to over work the employee. When I pulled up there were 3 employees out side smoking and they didn't have the big amount of drop off orders in front. The sign says that when they are busy they suggest that you drop off and come back to get your money. But when I was just there there weren't any other customers there. When I was done with my six bags another customer came in so then I went back to my car and brought in my other 7 bags and a case. The employee gave me a tough time about my order. He barked at me to just empty all if my bags on the table and he will get to me. He kept shaking his head at me. This is his job and he really needs to think about he treats your customers. Isn't this what you are there for is to redem cans. And his job is to count them. I usually tip them, not this time. I will find another place to go.
Can’t give 0 stars. Employee was rude, stating we could leave our returns. Told us he would get to it when he could. Not good business. Found a better redemption place. Thank you
