I have use their services in the past with no issues. I recently signed my kid up for karate and his uniform came with patches that need to be sewn on. Call also came with instructions on how to sew them on. I explain that it need to be sewn on in a particular way enter follow the instructions. She’s nasty instructions and said OK I got it. I pick up his uniform and it’s wrong she didn’t saysWhoever dropped it off did not tell me how to do it. I didn’t say I dropped it off and I hand you instructions and you did not listen to what I was trying to tell you you rushed me out the door. She then agreed to redo it with no guarantee of it being right. I come back to pick it up and it’s still wrong she throws it on the table who say OK bye! She was very rude and dismissive! She treated me as if she didn’t want to deal with me at all. This is unfortunate and I would think she would treat Anyone using her services far better than that.

Fast service. They can turn around patches and uniform alterations on the same day, if needed. A team of seamstresses work here and are familiar with military uniform regulations. They make their own name tapes and service tapes, along with starch blocking hats. Convenient and more reasonable prices than other alteration shops in Anchorage and Eagle River. Very pleased with quality of their work!

I usually don't look too hard into their work because their trusted but definitely make sure to look at your name tapes or ranks when you get them stiched on. I just picked mine up and my rank on my PC was so far to the right and slanted it looks horrible.
