Harold was an amazing sales manager. He was extremely attentive and provided excellent customer service. My husband and I were short of time and he took that into consideration to make sure we left the dealership on time. Harold took the time to follow up a few days later which was wonderful. He made sure I was ready and prepared to enjoy my vehicle in every way. I would highly recommend Harold as a sales manager.

Despite the fact that it was the end of the month and a Saturday - I felt like I was still given the right amount of attention. Jose did an excellent job of convincing me to change my mind on the color of a Defender I wanted, and put me in a totally different color, but with all the options I was looking for. The whole team were professional, friendly and courteous and it was a great experience. I absolutely love my new Defender.

I want to clear up a misunderstanding on how important communication is,when your spoiled from such an incredible staff in this store i did panic when i wasnt receiving any email responses from The Sales Manager. I Spoke to Michael Kenny The General Sales Manager here Land Rover White Plains and it was a complete misunderstanding,we had an email glitch when he returned my emails .it was a problem with my google account .This is the only reason why i will travel from Brooklyn to White Plains just to deal with him because his customer service presence is incredible.i highly recommend this store no matter how far you have to travel,this place is the best Land Rover store to go to in the New York City/ New Jersey Area . Visit it and you will see why this is the place to buy you next Land Rover.thank you Michael and the rest of the sales staff

Quality of work seems good. Staff was polite and helpful. But value was simply not there. Charged me more than double for my job should cost. 9 hrs of labor to change a water pump - which is a 2-3 hr job. That’s 1300 in phantom labor costs. Would only go back in an emergency.

Pathetic customer service after the vehicle is sold. We purchased the Land Rover Discovery from Land Rover White Plains, NY. Because of their pathetic service, we get our car serviced from the Land Rover dealership at Bedford Hills, NY. We received a non-compliance recall notice from Land Rover: N556 - auto high beam assist indicator. We have called 3 times and their supervisor/ service manager does not bother to call back. If you are looking for customer service, stay far away from this dealership. They are quite a disgrace to the lofty ideals of Land Rover about great customer service. Highly disappointing.

As ALWAYS, Heather makes coming to White Plains Land Rover Jaguar a total pleasure. I had 2 flat tires from trying to avoid my car from being sideswiped and I didn’t know what to do. Heather to the rescue!!!! Aimee even helped out as well and was able to get me in touch with Land Rover Roadside Assistance. I was contacted every step of the way.
