I had a weird streak on my windshield right in front of driver vision area. You couldn’t see it from the outside but could when you sat in the driver seat. It really bothered me. I asked if they could try to get it out and they took extra time to find a different solution, probably one used for detailing only, and spent a good five minutes diligently working to get it out. That was truly kind, courteous, and professional. I signed up for the monthly option for all the car washes I want for 55. I’ll definitely be back to this professional organization. Coming from Hawaii where it is hard to find a car wash, this is a service that makes me glad to be back on the mainland. Great job Embassy Autowash!!
They (the machine )will will only wash the outside. After my complaint, the employee said that he is on his break and the manager said I should have done their \Deluxe\ service like she suggested.
Gave them the keys to my car and waited. When I got my car back, I paid and found out their machines/driver gave me a completely FLAT TIRE. I don't understand why they couldn't fix the problem they created (at least try to fill my tire). Poor customer service. Would have taken less time to take my car elsewhere or wash it myself. At least the Midas down the street fixed the problem for free! Shame on Embassy for not taking responsibility!
