We have used EmbroidMe for years and we have loved each and every thing they have done for us. They keep a file of our orders so I don't have to bring in a sample, since I always forget, and they are able to match it, if we need to! The staff is so friendly and helpful and we always look forward to getting something monogrammed or embroidered. Beautiful work. You get what you pay for! Their work is exemplary! After being turned down by a local deer park business I reached out to EmbroidMe and from the time I received a response to the information I emailed to the moment I picked up my item I felt like my business was appreciated and I was without a doubt taken care of as a customer should be. I was quoted a price and a delivery date, both were met precisely. I had expectations for the end result and I am happy to say that they were not simply met but rather exceeded. I drove from deer park to Webster navigating the mess that i45 is and it was absolutely worth it. They were happy to full my order of 1 piece as if it were an order of 100. You can expect professionalism, honesty and above all quality when dealing with them and I look forward to doing business with them again.
Great customer service and work hard to meet deadlines with product orders. I have purchased embroidery work for my business polo's and have received numerous compliments on the work they have performed. They were even able to get polo shirts from top name brand designers at a great price as well as bring in my own items to be embroidered on. Competitive prices for a local family operated business.
