Terrible service. Always hours and hours of wait times with same excuses. No rooms. Lots of ambulances. Have waited 6 hours still no rooms but people keep leaving rooms not being filled. Same thing years ago when my grandmother had to come here. Word to the wise. Go to Hillcrest. Skip this place.

I waited in the waiting room for over 3 hours with no one waiting in front or behind me. Was taken to a room where I have now been for 2 hours and have yet to see a physician, be evaluated or anything else but a nurse comes in with multiple vials says she’s going to IV me. I think tf not where’s a doctor and lmk what I would be getting before you try to drug someone up. How about evaluate a person first!!!

We are Visiting the Waco area from Minnesota; Friday morning 1/10/2020 I fell in our camper and landed on my elbow. I checked into ER for help. PA Carl was so caring and helpful, NP Amy also was so helpful and caring and went above and beyond in her care. Lacey as well! Unfortunately, my arm was broken. The ER was overwhelmed due to the flu and all beds in the hospital were full. This caused a 3hour wait for x-ray before being treated and fitted with a splint to immobilize my arm and receive referral to an orthopedic Dr. for follow up. Thanks again Carl and Amy hopefully the flu seasonal outbreak abates soon.

Fast attention for serious issues and comfortable lobbies if you must wait. Caleb was our nurse and that was the best nurse I seen and with all my medical issues I KNOW NURSE'S.
