They always are quick and attentive when I come here. Staff is incredible and efficient! The receptionist is nice and I always feel welcome when an emergency occurs. No matter what symptoms I'm feeling they always get the bottom of it and make me feel better. I recommend this place to my friends and family :) thank you guys for caring for your patients

I've been here twice and they have earned 5 stars for both visits. I would give 6 stars if I could. I've been to many ERs in my lifetime but none have been better than Dignity Health on Camelback. We didn't even wait 5 minutes to be taken back and saw the doctor within 15 minutes. The nurses were very kind and caring and made our experience as pleasant and comforting as possible. Amazing job by the entire staff.

I have used this ER three times for myself and family. The level of care has been consistently exceptional. Accurate diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan is what you'll get. Congenial too!

Extremely rude! I took my son in because I was worried he broke his finger and of course like any other mother. We hurt when our babies get hurt. I was in tears. The Dr said I looked ridiculous crying. He told me to stop crying. He said I shouldn’t have gone and I politely replied “I’m sorry I just wanted to make sure everything was okay with his finger”. He then said he will get my papers to dismiss us with attitude. He left the room door open and started telling the nurse that I was ridiculous for crying over my sons finger. He then proceeded to tell the nurse that other mothers have children who are dying and have worse scenarios happening to them and I’m crying over that. So unprofessional! If I can give zero stars I would !

I contracted Covid here in February '20. I'm not telling you this to \hate\ on this place. It's factual. Not only did I get sick here, they did nothing for my diagnosed hernia, and this place is supposed to be an ER. They referred me to no one, and treated me like I was wasting their time. That next week is when I got sick, and I went nowhere else besides this terrible place. So unless you have a gunshot wound, and this is the right area for that, I still wouldn't trust them to be able to help you. Don't waste your time and money. Go to a real hospital.
