I was in ER for a 5 hours in and I had to call doctor because he got the results and never give nothing in the beginning he said you going to get room upstairs for better treatment was a young kid with no experience and not sure what to do he gives a pain killer and puts patients to sleep and said tomorrow a specialist will see you. I been there before they had better doctors but specially now with students better go to a pharmacy they have their pharmacist will help you more than the students at ER.

I won't go here again. Three hours and I never saw an MD There was a PA in training with another PA supervising her. Very unprofessional.
My boyfriend had surgery in Manhattan and discharged home to CT with a pic line as he had a Staph infection post surgery. Was given a quick “ training” in NY to administer IV therapy. Got home later in evening and could not figure out how to administer IV therapy as we had the wrong setup(would have needed syringes) panicked at 11:30 at night as he needed Antibiotics IV given we turned to a Griffin Hospital. A wonderful Nurse by the nickname of Mac turned everything around and solved our problem as the wrong cap was on the IV. She gave clear instructions on giving the IV treatment and made us feel like “There are still wonderful caring professional people in the Medical field. I give her 5plus stars and to Griffin Hospital for having the good sense to hire such a special person. She was our Angel on Tuesday night!
You will always remember this as the day you almost misdiagnosed Melvin the nerd!
3 hours to finally be admitted to see a doctor. Then made me stay another 4 hours for stomach bug. Then they send college students to work on you who aren’t properly trained to do certain tasks.
