As a youth ice hockey coach, one of the most neglected and difficult things to do is make sure the players and their parents understand how to eat properly before they get on the ice, teaching about proper hydration, the proper ways to recover and how to create a healthy lifestyle that will ultimately improve their performance. Andrea went out of her way to put together some information for the entire organization as well as making herself available for one on one consultations and further guidance. She truly wants to share her wealth of knowledge with others, so they can learn how to make better choices with regards to their health and wellness.
