Had occasion to ask John to sharpen six or so knives and was delighted with the outcome. Not only was John incredibly prompt in providing the service but the knives were incredibly sharp, better than brand new. John is a true professional at his craft and I would highly recommend that you avail yourself of his expertise in the event you need a knife or two sharpened.
As a chef and knife collector I insist on maintaining razor sharp blades to do my cutting. When I brought my knives to be sharpened the service was outstanding. The owner is very personable and polite. Quick service with razor sharp results. I won’t take my knives anywhere else from now on! I highly recommend this place.
