My husband and I just recently moved into our new home and we 100% could not have done it without Ek real estate! We had Tasha Sailor as our realtor and we can only gush about working with her. She was very determined to find the perfect house for us in our budget. We were actually able to tour our house hours after it got listed. I just love and appreciate that she immediately thought of us as soon as it popped up on her radar.

I was a first time homebuyer and Carlos Garate worked with me from day 1 till the end. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He made time to show me any home I wanted to see. Definitely recommend anyone looking to buy to ask for Carlos. He is the best

My boyfriend and I rented a Lakeridge apartment with Jeff Kitselman. The apartment was spacious and pet friendly. We have zero complaints. Jeff was personable and great to work with. He made our experience getting an apartment easy. Due to the univeristy shut down, we needed to move from Emporia early, and he helped us find someone quickly to rent our apartment so we could get out of the lease. Overall,I highly recommend EK Real Estate and the Lakeridge apartments.

I rent a storage unit from these guys and they don't really seem to listen. They bought the storage unit after me having it for about a month, and I was told directly, in person, that when they transferred to their new system that the prices would probably change. I have the smallest unit offered and they're charging some people (my friend rented a couple months after me) only 30 something dollars and I'm paying 43. 5 out of 7 times I've called in, the lady in charge of storage units wasn't there. When we opened the storage unit, despite me being 20, they put the storage unit under my mom's name. Every time I give them my own name they \can't seem to find it.\ Maybe if the person who was in charge of storage units was ever there, they would have changed it by now. I keep telling them that it should be under my name, or to change it, as I hold the contract. I have called and been there in person on pretty much any day of the week, sometimes like 1 pm on a tuesday, and still the lady in charge of storage units isn't there. And when I call they always ask me how much I'm paying so they don't have to look it up, and half the people who answer the call don't know where to look. Please, get your act together. Thank you.
