I struggled for a year with postpartum depression and anxiety. Therapy was my last option in my head as i thought it wasn’t for me. In 6 months time Mrs. Torres helped me do a complete overhaul. She is patient, kind, god fearing, professional and great at her job. Her dedication to helping me come out of my depression helped me find my passion and my purpose in life. I will always appreciate the time i spent healing with her guidance. I truly have such a love and admiration for her. If you are thinking of reaching out to her for therapy, you won’t regret it. Mrs. Torres is a phenomenal therapist. She is insightful, patient and above all, genuine. She has a warm engaging personality that instantly puts you at ease. I have been knowing Mrs Torres for over 3 years.
