Took my father for a biopsy the staff was so friendly. The ultrasound technician and the doctor who preformed the biopsy was outstanding. Thank you for taking good care of my father's biopsy.

Very attentive and professional staff starting from the reception and including all nurses and the doctor who helped me. I’m very thankful to Dr. Chin and his assistant Ed for removing liquid from my pleural cavity. The procedure was done smoothly and with no pain. Everything was done on time as per the schedule. Thank you very much for professional care!

I received a HSG two months ago, from another location and it was a horrific experience. It was the most excruciating pain ever and I was told both fallopian tubes were blocked, and that I was infertile. I am healthy, mid thirties, never had a painful menses, and have not had any underlying conditions that made sense for me to have these blockages so my Dr wanted a second opinion. She referred me to Dr. Chin assuring me that technique matters and that he is one of the best. I was extremely hesitant when I arrived because of my previous experience. Hazel, Dr. Chin's tech, greeted me and showed me where to change, she provided clear and accurate instructions with a warm and reassuring approach. Next, Dr. Chin welcomed my husband into the room to address any questions prior to the procedure. Hazel and Dr. Chin talked me through everything, went slowly, and performed the procedure methodically and seemingly painlessly! Hazel held my hand and reminded me to breathe throughout the procedure. I experienced mild cramping however, it was brief and tolerable. Dr. Chin has a refined approach that truly makes a difference! And while I appreciate him making the experience so much more tolerable, he also diacovered that both fallopian tubes are actually open! So I was previously misdiagnosed, as suspected by my Dr. I am so thankful for the second opinion, and I am grateful for experts in the field like Dr. Chin and Hazel!

I had an hour long brain MRI at this location. The receptionist and the MRI technician were both efficient, courteous and caring. The technician made an effort to make me as comfortable as possible given the constraints of this procedure.

The staff, the doctor and, his assistant were absolutely extraordinary. I came in quite anxious about having fluid removed from beneath my lung. Both the doctor and the assistant spoke to me in regards to what to expect. They answered any and all questions I had. When the doctor gave me the shots to numb the area I noticed that he had stepped back after a moment and just was watching the screen. I kept thinking he's waiting for the area to numb and within minutes or so it seemed or, less he simply said hold your breath and he said ...okay, you're done..... I didn't realize that they had removed a half a liter of fluid and I felt no pain, fear nor anxiety. Everyone, as I mentioned before, were absolutely extraordinary and Dr. Kashefi and his assistance, absolutely wonderful....
