I am extremely upset and disappointed with Enclave. I pay 655 to live here, which includes 10 for parking when they don't plow the road or empty the lot. They offer no help when your car is stuck, BECAUSE OF THEIR PLOWING or lack thereof. Maintenence drove right by as they saw me struggling. The gym(when it is actually open, because you know it's closed basically every other day along with the other amenities) floor is disgusting, they never clean it even after requested. Definitely do not recommend living at Enclave.

I love living in Enclave. I live with 3 of my friends & we all fell in love with our new home SO quickly. The community of Enclave is so welcoming and sweet. The free WiFi, fully furnished homes & flat rate utilities make living at Enclave all the more better. I promise you won’t regret living here
I have really enjoyed living at enclave so far. The bedrooms are a nice size, I like having my own bathroom, and there’s a decent sized walk-in closet. They like to show appreciation for their residents by giving us free giveaways, which is really nice. The only issue I have had was some bugs in the house. But, they do use pest control services and I’m sure this happens pretty much everywhere. Overall, I really like living here and I feel like it’s one of the nicest apartment choices for off campus gv living.
I love living in Enclave. The community, pricing, and amenities are amazing. I can promise you you won’t regret choosing to live here. Great staff, great people, great housing!
The townhomes and cottages are beautiful here... amazing walk-in closets, bathroom, room size, and upgraded spaces. HOWEVER, I would never live here again. We pay extremely high prices for nearly all our amenities to be closed randomly throughout the week, our parking spots and roads hardly cleaned during the winter to the point where my car gets stuck 50% of the time (despite paying a 10 parking pass a month...?) AND the package receiving system is horrid here, there's lockers available for packages, yet almost every time I go, there's either someone else's package in a locker linked to my name, or all the packages are thrown onto the floor of the mail room and we dig through everyone else's package to find our own. I know it's difficult times right now, but watching all our friends apartment complexes have safely opened amenities, a functional package receiving system, and a place to park their car (that isn't covered in a pile of snow) has gotten frustrating and I'm looking forward to starting out somewhere new next year.
