Agreed to do some work for me and he helped me out on pricing; however, he didn't do two things we agreed on. I've emailed several times and called even more times. He returned one email but hadn't responded to any of my other correspondences. I still haven't been able to install one rail because they moved the post and now it can't be installed on the stairs.

Told me they would fabricate a metal railing for me. They took 500 as a down payment and then stopped responding to me. I haven’t heard from them in 8 months despite me calling and emailing over and over again. They are thieves...I’m never gonna see that 500 again. Don’t do business with them!
