The company I work for uses Enterprise vending in our break room. Whenever I have to call regarding an issue an employee has they always have great costumer service and take care of the problem efficiently. Great company!

Beware that you could lose alot of money when using your credit card. Their vending machines will hold onto your credit card info and keep charging you beyond your purchase. I paid 9 for 2 drinks and there is no way to get your overcharge back from this place. They don't care.

Lets just say I went in there for a business type meeting regarding vending machines. The manager Todd was so out of it he could barely hold a conversation. Not sure if he was lacking sleep or it was part of the epidemic. I cut the discussion short and made a quick exit to reality. Todd needed a desk nap apparently. 2 days later I get a call from Todd about setting up meeting and I had to remind him the meeting already came and went. Unbelievable. Not being mean, just trying to help. Get it together Todd.

The Truth Telling Mo-Fo !

It sure would be nice to have a customer service number to call due to a horrible vending machine attendant. Won't see anymore of my money, and I will urge my company to drop them as a vendor!
