Best rent-a-car experience in my life. I received a very nice call from them a day before for confirmation. The gentleman who checked us in and out was incredibly polite, easy to work with and enthusiastic about his job, which was impressive, given the car rental business is not exactly exciting (in my opinion)! Our car was ready quickly and was in excellent condition upon arrival. Checking out took not more than a minute. If I need a car in the Milwaukee area again, I will not hesitate to come back. Thanks, guys!
This Enterprise did a very nice job with getting me a car I could drive while mine was being repaired by Abra Auto Body Repair. Enterprise provided me with a very clean, newer, reliable and very fuel efficient Toyota Camry. They did a great job accommodating my needs.
They did not have the car I selected to rent from the website. Then I was told I would be able to turn it into the other location without filling the tank because it wasn't the car I wanted. Well once I tried to turn it in they said there wasn't a note stating what I was told. So I had to fill it. I was not satisfied with my service.
I had quite a dilemma and Enterprise Car Rental in Cudahy went above and beyond to accommodate me at short notice. The manager followed up with a call to ask if everything was ok with the rental. Thank you again Enterprise with the great service. I strongly recommend anyone to rent from this location.
Enterprise staff does a horrible job with the inside of the vehicle inspection. Items were left in my rental bt accident and enterprise said they were not able to find them. So I had to replace the items out of pocket. Very dissatisfied.
