This company started off good. I booked them for septic pumping and the showed at the scheduled time. They looked and said pumping wasn't needed. They charged me the minimum and went on their way. A year later I book them for the county inspection and they identify some repairs needed, including pumping. I schedule the pumping and repairs. They never show for the pumping. I call - they are hard to get a hold of. Their truck was down. Fine. But please call and let me know. We reschedule for pumping and the needed repairs. The pumping goes fine but they never show for the repairs. I call - again hard to get a hold of - we reschedule repairs. They don't show. I stop calling . . . . Septic work can be expensive yet I always pay bills for expensive home services WHEN I RECIEVE THEM, no matter how much they are. I'm a great customer. It's too bad they can't appreciate that.

Ricky and Nordvind did a great job on pouring and finishing my garage slab. They totally helped to keep my forms staight while pouring so I will have some nice straight walls! Recommended for concrete work.
I called Nordvind to have my tank pumped. When Eric got there he showed me that the problem was a clogged filter. He showed me how to clean it (no charge) and asked me to call him in a couple of years to have the tank pumped then. Thank you Eric! A less reputable company would have pumped the tank and moved on. You can bet that I’m going to call Eric when I do need service!
