They do not have product on hand, they find another vendor to fulfill on orders. It has been 6 days and no shipping information. This is not indicated on their website. Emailed over the weekend and it took til Tuesday 7:49 pm to reply to my inquiry. Called a few times and got no call back. When got a person on the phone, IwI told they are still trying to find a vendor to sell them my item. They assured me I would be called today before 10 am with an ETA for the purchase. Then I was asked, \if you dont call me back and let me know.\ Professionalism, 100% right there... I was not called today. BBB review has two negative reviews. One whose card was charged by another company than EOS Trading... The other received defective merchandise. The company response said \we have no bad reviews on Google or Facebook and an A from BBB.\ W I'm here to say my experience so far is very bad. And now they have at least one bad review on Google.
