In the waiting room for 11 hours and still did not get seen. No hand sanitizer. No one cleaning but yet there are so many rules due to Covid. He’s also diabetic but there is no way in any situation this is acceptable.. or is this the norm? Kept being told he's next only to be told at 2am it will be a few more hours. We arrived shortly after 3pm the prior day.. This place is a disgrace but it's my fault for thinking it got better after 6 years. It took us months to convince my dad to go get checked out. I feel like I have failed him and I'm fearful he will rather die than trust another hospital again and I know he's in a lot of pain because he let us take him to begin with.. I’m so lost and I don’t know what to do.

This was my first time visiting this hospital from out of town. The receptionist, the triage nurse, to the billing, and er nurse were very pleasant. But the doctor was kind of weird to me. I was in pain and my mother couldn't come back with me. I'm allergic to metals and when you use a needle you have to do it quickly or I rash easily. Instead of the doctor making a quick incision like I always get he decided to stick me 6 times with the needle, now I'm on my way back to the hospital because my condition is worse. I would have never received this type of service from my hospital in Florida, even the wait was long when I'm use to 15 minutes in the waiting room not 2 hours.

The worst hospital I ever been to especially during Covid. I’m stuck in the er parking and there is no parking attendant

From the ER through admission to discharge...this has been one of the best experience my family has encountered in a very long time!!! Even through all of the chaos with COVID... All hospital staff was super generous information desks, security, the ER staff who were prompt and knowledgeable, wonderful and passionate Doctors and Nursing staff, the most helpful caseworkers who helped us with outpatient instructions all helped to save my mother's life. The facility is also clean and food was adequate. This was the only hospital in the area that could accept her via ambulance and I am so glad of this decision. The paramedics were awesome as well. You all are our heroes and we appreciate you!!!

The front desk staff, my nurse and doctor were amazing, but my one star is for the long wait. I came to the emergency room on 12/15 with extreme shortness of breath, shaking and chest pains at 10:30pm. I was taken into a room where my vitals were checked and then was walked back into the emergency waiting room. I was the only one in the waiting room - no staff, security - just me. I called the desk because my shortness of breath was getting worst and I felt dizzy. I was told that there were 5-7 people ahead of me and no one could come to check on me (literally said in the most nonchalant tone). At that very moment I felt like my life wasn't important, and to be honest, I wanted to leave and go to another hospital. Now, it's 11:20pm and I'm pacing in the waiting room to keep myself alert and control my breathing. I wasn't seen until 2:30am. Ridiculous. I don't recommend this hospital at all for emergencies.
