Location is convenient with affordable parking if your ticket is validated. You can schedule appointments with all types of health care professionals. Customer service is great and staff are friendly.

What’s the whole deal of asking someone during an interview what proper communication is when this facility lacks communication. The rehabilitation department especially. I would’ve loved better communication when it came to my status. Ignoring emails after one person in particular told me they’d let me know my status shortly. You should always tell someone whether they got it or not. Thanks for wasting my time. Glad it didn’t work out :)

The nursing staff, doctors, and social worker were so kind to me and my family during my husband's stay. I truly appreciate their kindheartedness, understanding, and care while he was there.

Charming Story

When is Google going to add negative stars? Anyway, DO NOT go to Midtown if you require inpatient hospitalization if you have (or had) had a history of substance abuse. When I was admitted for a blood infection, that was causing painful swelling of my leg, diagnosed to be an infection; I was treated in such an uncaring, unkindly manner by medical staff who could have cared less about me or my pain. My pain was not managed at all because of the staff's preconceived biasness against me due to having a substance abuse history & high tolerance, which was my own self disosure & I'm on a methadone program. Well, out went the Hippocratic oath & in came 'we can treat you badly because of your drug history' & which consequently turned into, no pain management whatsoever. The first day I was there, they treated my pain in the ER responsibly , but once I was admitted at 2am, my med orders were drastically changed from morphine every 4 hrs, to one 5mg Percocet. I had an severe internal infection in my leg, that went from my foot to my hip. They let me agonize in pain & did nothing but purposefully force me to leave AMA, due to not addressing and ignoring my pain level. Bottom line: Uncaring staff, who poke and prod at you like their God.
