So ER Hots and Crust Pizza are now the same place. My wife and I had liked the food at Crust Pizza a until a few years ago when we noticed the people making the food not only wearing no gloves most of the time, but using their cel phones and then going right back to making a sub bare handed. We witnessed this more than a few times, and this was before covid. Fast forward to 2021 we thought now that ER Hots was involved maybe they had changed . We guessed wrong. Still bare handed touching things while making food. The food is actually pretty good which is why I gave 2 stars, but we don't like to risk getting sick just because people don't want to follow food safety guidelines.

Had a very good Italian assorted sub the other day. Small was more than enough.
I’m at a lose for words. This is the worst thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. The Mac salad is legit noodle and water. People in the back are making food with out gloves. One old dude that looks like he’s on his last breath is back there eating something extra from something. They seemed very unorganized. Seems like they’re doing anything they can to keep the place going. The best thing to do is worry about the customer before you worry about making money. You’ll continue to get business cause you’re open late and drunk people will eat anything. Continue with your piss poor performance and you’ll be closed in no time. I wish the old ER hots was still open
My family from NC visited last week and I had to find the best Plate in town. ER Hots won so I ordered 10 last Saturday night. Of course, everyone wanted theirs a different way. The orders were perfect and the service was super friendly, Great impression for out of towners! Thank you!
Eat pizza at Crust Pizza Kitchen/WE Hots every week. Good folks and good food.
