It was less violent than most jails, but someone put toothpaste in my food, and they are neglectful. They kept me in jail for a court date on my birth day. They don't allow sealed out-going mail, which might be illegal, but what jail actually upholds the bill of rights anymore? I guess they are about a 2, just because the officers are less violent. Second thought... They remind me of the Nazi's in WW2.
It's very unkempt. The people behind the glass seem to not have the same answers. And they can't tell my son why he is being held.
