In the fall of 2019, when we decided to down size and sell our tri level home, we went to Phil and Lee’s Homes. Not wanting a double wide, we looked at new trailers several times. Phil listened to our wants and needs and told us he had a single wide modular home that would meet our needs on order. Phil called us when it was delivered, we went right away to view it and loved it immediately! We met Phil at Mid Country Homes to tour the factory and to see how well constructed these homes are built. We were impressed with their quality, and decided this would be our home of choice. Phil worked with us intently to make the changes and meet our wants and needs on our forever home. Our home was delivered in the time frame allocated, with a few minor glitches, which Phil took care of immediately and to our fullest satisfaction. From the ordering, delivery, and set up of our new home, Phil and Lee’s team are #1 in our eyes! We absolutely “LOVE” our Mid Country modular home and certainly would recommend anyone looking for a new home to go to Phil and Lee’s! The staff at Phil & Lee's have been very professional and easy to work with. We bought property in September and our house building project started in October. In less than 6 months Our Family was Blessed with a quality home. We couldn't be more excited about having top of the line appliances and fixtures. Our new home exceeds the expectations we had in buying a home. Building a home on the property of our choice was more economical than many of the homes we looked at buying that needed many updates.
