Was visiting from out of town and did a half day spa day and had lunch provided. Honestly, I was very impressed. Everything went very smoothly and I felt communicated with the entire rime. I had a custom facial, massage, and blowout. The massage and facial were the best I have ever had!

I love how relaxing this place is. I have never had a bad experience. The place always looks clean. The spa area is very nice & very relaxing. The employees are always friendly & helpful.
Today I had a couples massage reservations scheduled for my boyfriend birthday. I thought this would be perfect for us being new parents and short break from everything. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and was told the appointment was canceled by someone who called on the 30th canceling due to Covid. I let the receptionist know I never called to cancel the reservation. The only communication held with escape prior to our appointment was my response to a text message confirming the appointment. I was very disappointed in the poor communication held prior to our appointment. I didn’t receive a notice of the cancellation or anything beforehand. This ruined my plans for my spouse and I.
Everything was great! Our first spa, we got the couples Half day. Before we got into the soak we were told someone would knock and then join us In the hallway to take us to our next place. Someone did knock but when we came out in the hallway we sat for 30-45 min until we walked around everywhere looking for someone then we changed. Someone came into the locker and asked if I was who I was and said the salon has been waiting and I told him no one got us and if we are suppose to be changing and he said “oo well your late and sure if you want to”, my wife got up before me and the stylist was annoyed that she was late and told her her whole life story and rushed her blowout. When I got up I was told they were doing my beard not my hair. But when we called I asked if they can just do a high fade and if they can trim my beard that would be great but if not don’t worry, when I sat down the stylist was nice but she wasn’t sure so I said don’t worry about the beard let’s just do a High fade and she said she can’t she doesn’t have the equipment and that my appointment is for a beard trim. Regardless to say she cut the bottom side of my hair and messed up my hair. We chose the couples price but got charged a ridiculous amount for the salon (40 for a beard trim and 50 for my wife to have the wash and blow dry super fast). Our total cost was around 730 even though we didn’t do anything extra. The price for the package we got in total is 290 each so 580 plus tax. Tax doesn’t equal up to 730. I’m very upset what’s the point in having a fixed price but checking out your 150 over give or take with the taxes as well. It was our anniversary I’m sure if the staff knew this they knew who we are we were very respectful the whole time and so we’re they expect for after the soak everything went south as if they just needed us to leave / didn’t care. best spa day ever. Scrub was amazing. facial was refreshing. Massage and soak was relaxing. Lunch delicious. Everybody was super friendly.
