We are an experienced and escape room of 3 players. We have done 40 rooms all over Southern California and we’re recommended by one of our favorite escape companies in our area, after about an hour and a half commute we spent the evening doing 3 games here (station 13, the great candy challenge, and mutiny skull island) and WOW. We enjoyed each room and highly recommend all enthusiasts or beginners to book them! They all were extremely fun, well-designed, and the puzzles challenged you to use your brain power in all sorts of different ways. Charlie was our game master & was super kind, attentive, informative, funny, and welcoming! We now know why they’re referred from hundred of miles way and cannot wait to return to do the rest of their rooms.

We had an AMAZING AWESOME TIME we made it out! If you're a problem solver like brain games or just like mystery or looking to have super fun in completely different type of experience this is it.. we had 7 in our group and even the one that said was gonna stay out of the way came out with the biggest smile of joy on they're face!! MOST FUN I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!
Great escape room with great production value! A must for escape room enthusiasts.
This place has a good selection of escape rooms that also vary in difficulty and themes. The staff are nice and I liked the puzzles.
I played my 250th escape room here at Escape Games by the river. I chose wisely, because this place is AMAZING! My only regret is I didn’t schedule enough time to play ALL the games. I’ll be back soon to finish the rest! We played their newest games (as of this date), Mutiny - Skull Island, which had such great immersion and set design, and Treasure Hunters - Station 13 which was an epic puzzle adventure perfect for large or small groups. We also played their Secret of Dragon’s Spire, a fun beautiful and immersive game, and Christmas Chaos, their seasonal Christmas game. All solid game offerings that I’d highly recommend to anyone, new to escape rooms, or enthusiasts alike. I can’t recommend this location enough, I’m glad I got to play my 250th escape room here and I’ll be back again soon.
