Great, rapid service. Batteries replaced on 2 watches while I waited — less than 5 min. Previously, I replaced one battery at a fine jewelry store for 70. Timekeepers charged a small fraction of that for 2 watches. Great value.

I purchased my first quality mechanical watch from Timekeepers while I was visiting the area on holiday vacation. The store itself is very fun to visit just to look at the amazing assortment of different time keepers. They have everything! While I was just looking around, I found a vintage Omega that caught my eye. I'd been considering a vintage Omega for some time and I decided I'd rather buy from this place than from an unknown seller on eBay. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Without any haggling on my part, I got my watch at a nice discount due to the holiday sale. I was able to buy with confidence that the watch would be working well as it carries a warranty, and if anything goes wrong I can ship it to them for expert repairs as they have are Omega authorized. This was my first 'expensive' watch (for me that is) so having this confidence really helped me feel good about my purchase.
