I am not one to ever write a review but I feel I need to after the "over the top" service I received at King Genesis in Deerfield Beach. I have always been a loyal BMW driver & during that time my service advisor ,Sergio Gutierrez, always went above & beyond for me ALL the years I've had my last few BMW's. In fact, the ONLY reason I got my current BMW was because of Sergio being my advisor, otherwise, I would've gone elsewhere. He truly cared about the people he was taking care & I always knew I was in good hands. He ended up leaving BMW to come to Genesis & when I found out where he was, I immediately contacted him. He knew I was never happy with my BMW & told me how amazing the Genesis line of cars were & for me to stop in. I think I came in the very next day & visited with him. He knew what kind of cars I liked & said the G70 had my name written all over it....He sat down with me and told me all about the car & showed me videos.... I was sold before I ever saw or even drove the car. I was then placed in the hands of Erik Slemon & I walked out of there with a new car! It was the easiest car purchase I have EVER made. Erik made it seamless...NO pressure, NO false claims and was BEYOND professional. He gave me his cell phone # & told me to call/text him with any questions & he always gets right back to me. He even told me, if I couldn't get my garage door opener to program, he would come to my house and do it for me, he also set up my satellite radio for me.....this is the kind of service EVERYONE deserves but other dealerships fall short of. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership were very professional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience and I will refer anyone I know to this dealership due to the AMAZING customer service that I received. Another shout out to Sergio Gutierrez for steering me in the right direction, as always, when it comes to my car purchases...
