After hearing great things about the service by ETS from my sister, I decided to call and schedule a carpet cleaning. Kate was helpful and responsive & able to schedule my cleaning in a timely manner. Leon & Max arrived on time and ready to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, making my carpet look new again. Once they were done, the carpet looked fantastic and my house just smelled fresh. I am very pleased and will definitely call again for another cleaning.
Lion arrived with his mask on and wore his mask the entire time he was in my home. I got a puppy a few months ago and had a few areas in my bedroom that had pet urine. Lion was able to remove the stains and deodorized the carpet also! Great Job ETS! Thank you!

ETS Restorations came to clean my carpet yesterday. I had pet stains that were very old from an older dog that had lost bladder control :( I didn't have much hope for the removal of those stains. I was shocked when I looked at the finished product! Not only was Leon prompt, professionally dressed and knowledgeable, but he also took his time to discuss the stains and possible solutions he had to remove them. The carpet in my home is probably 15 years old. It looked fresh...fluffy and most importantly...smelled clean. Even the carpet on my steps was super fluffy! My neighbor saw the huge ETS van outside and asked for their services too! Thank you ETS! I can't wait to use your service again to keep my carpets looking amazing all the time!
Leon and Max were friendly, efficient, and got the job done. My son had dropped black slime and maple syrup on the carpet. ETS Orlo was able to get the stains out of my carpet. I was thinking I was going to have to have my carpet changed. They saved me hundreds of dollars! I would use them again and highly recommend their services.
