Excellent on time service. Driver, Dinette, was very pleasant and got me to my destination with some time to spare to grab a cup of coffee. Best experience I've had in a long time with this type of transportation.

Better Choice Transport provided paratransit services for voters in need of accessible transportation to their polling place on Election Day 2020. Our driver was with us all day and was professional, enthusiastic and considerate in working with each person he transported.
Today, I just felt compelled, to contact the supervisor/manager (Mark) in regards to a driver.(Devonte) A responsible young man. I just really like when this young man comes to pick me up or drop me off. He has such a peaceful, positive, and professional aura about himself. I was impressed with Mark, upon his phone call to me, to introduce himself, and, tell me about my driver, which I really appreciated. You don’t get many calls directly from the supervisor/manager, and, them providing you with a direct number in case you need to reach them. I never thought I’d need to use it, until today, not because anything was wrong, but, for no-other reason than to acknowledge, how much I value the driver (Devonte) and even the supervisor/manager (Mark). I think that they represent the company in area’s of leadership and quality in transport transportation services, and because of people like them... Better Choice Transport makes you feel like you’ve done just that...made a Better Choice ‘n’ Transport transportation.
