Horrible egg foo young

Ordered through DoorDash, simple order; spring roll, steamed dumplings, beef lo mein, and a can of Sprite. They got the easiest part, the can of Sprite, wrong. Instead of Sprite I received Mountain Dew, even when their ticket states \DOUBLE CHECK THIS ITEM\. The spring roll and dumplings were likely the frozen/prepackaged type, the spring roll was just plain soggy, the dumplings were ho-hum at best. The beef lo mein was ordered with bamboo shoots, broccoli, carrots, and onions only, with instructions to cancel the order if they could not fulfill it in the stated manner. Well, there were no bamboo shoots, the beef chewy like shoe leather, and the noodles certainly are not egg noodles, but most definitely spaghetti noodles.
It was great food - cheap price - decent amount. We were very pleased, except one of our fortune cookies had mold on it (yikes!).
I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I just had to do it this time. We ordered 3 dinners that were supposed to be spicy. They were horrible and had absolutely no spice. When I called them to inform them, they didn't care. They didn't even say sorry, I truly just wanted to let them know so that they wouldn't lose customers. It is so sad that they don't care. I will definitely NEVER go back.
Foods good, prices ok service well, rice maybe not fresh. I had better rice from others, since I've been going there for years
