After spending months waiting for a phone call to have an appointment to get blood work done, I finally was forced to call in to renew my prescriptions. The virtual appointment was meant to be at 3:30 and I checked in for this virtual appointment at 1:30. After waiting until 4:45 with no phone calls, I called in, they told me my appointment was soon, and I would be reached out to shortly. No calls. No texts. No communication. Then the office closed. I got a message the next morning. They said they were calling my Emergency Family Contact Number instead of the primary contact number I'd used with them constantly, even though I had never once called them with that emergency contact number. When I asked to speak to the practice manager, I was told she would call me back shortly after speaking with the secretary. I received no further phone calls, and the office was closed by the time I tried to investigate again. And I was charged for the doctor visit I did not receive. Avoid this practice, and this office, for the forseeable future,.

Doctor Brobbey is a good doctor but the office workers habitually leave me sitting in the waiting room while they take other patients who have appointments after mine. It's a shame how hard it is to finally get some assistance after relaying instructions from insurance so my labs will be covered. I would give Doctor Brobbey 5 stars but the office environment is hardly conducive to healing and compassion for a suffering patient.
