0 stars honestly. Terrible service. The lady was so rude and disrespectful. I was looking for some help with my shipping needs but in turn she called me a derogatory term and got mad at me. She was not helpful. There are better places to go to for your shipping need. Dont recommend this place AT ALL.

The worst The lady wasn’t friendly, she didn’t even greet me. she had her phone on speaker. She kept talking to another person in her language. She didn’t care at all. If you’re looking for UPS stay away from this place. I think the other reviews are written by the business owners themselves. No way this place will even get a a star.
