The lady above me is confused, or angry she wasn't selected which I understand. This company does not use race when determining who to hire. This is a great place to work, great benefits and hours. If you're lazy, don't like to work, can't show up on time this isn't the right fit for you but if you're willing to work hard, be trainable you'll go far.

Having kids my husband n I always swapped shifts. I work mornings while he worked evenings or vice versa. For some reason Uniseal would not hire me although I was more than qualified. They don’t hire any Black Women. Since they refused to hire me I got my husband hired at my job where he now makes 9 more!
