Nancy Hamlin is exceptional. She is so easy to talk to and she listens. She is never pushy and is always willing to dig deep into research before changing anything. She is brilliant and has a calm and comfortable manner about her. I highly recommend her.

I went here for about 9 months. Laura Perez helped me. She found me a great medication that works well for me and gave me samples to try of it for free, since it is fairly new from the manufacturer which was very nice. Some psychiatrists can be very cold and harsh due to just needing all the facts to prescribe/manage a medication but I would say Laura is in the middle. In the beginning it felt harsh but that is because she had to learn about my background etc but remembers well and did help me a lot. I will not be coming back and decided to have my PCP fill my meds because the building is cold and I hate the small waiting room and the atmosphere. The receptionists are also terrible, rude and inconsiderate and couldn't ever seem to file paperwork right, I always had issues with my co-pay upon check in because they weren't keeping track of my deductible and would often overpay for my visit to have a credit later, etc.

I was greeted when I came in and it was a warm setting. The receptionist was very pleasant, happy and kind. The consultation was very factual and up front. I felt rushed but yet not pushed.
