I purchased a Stanton couch at Behar's a little bit over 3 years ago and love the couch. The only issue we had with the couch was that it kept poking us with feathers every time we sat down on it. We thought it was normal because it was a down feathered couch and didn't think we could do anything about it. We moved into a new home and needed to get more furniture and went back to Behar's. We talked to them about how we love the couch we purchased a few years ago but the feathers are annoying. The sales rep told us that it should not be doing that and looked into our order. We were just DAYS passed our 3 year warranty to file a claim and we were not sure if Stanton would do anything about. Dan got on the phone and was able to talk to Stanton about our situation and was able to grant our warranty. Stanton replaced all 13 cushions and we are now able to sit/lay on our couch without having any feathers poking us. Everyone there was willing to help and make our situation better. Every worker I have worked with there has been knowledgeable and kind and not pushy. If you are looking for a furniture store, this is the place to go. Thank you Dan for all your help on this and a huge thank you to Stanton for helping us with our issue when you did not have to. Customer for life here!

We ordered the Rawcliffe in parchment By Ashley at the end of June, due to the COVID, it has delayed our delivery now until November and told it could be even longer. We are still patiently waiting the delivery of our sectional. Dan was very kind and delivered a loaner loveseat and ottoman after I advised him that we were only sitting on camping chairs because we got rid of all our furniture. (My husband recently had spine surgery and the camping chairs and his lying on the floor was only making him to feel even more uncomfortable). We are very appreciative of all that Behars has done for us and what they stand for as a company, I cannot personally say that any other company would loan us furniture like they gladly did. (When I originally called the sales lady,Julia immediately advised Dan if our situation). They also did an excellent job price matching for us as well. We will not hesitate to buy from them again in the future because we feel very taken care of. So, thank you, Behar Furniture!!

I found my furniture online and called the store to order. This is COVID time, making it a different shipping experience. Kathy was my sales representative and she was great! She helped me as if I were there and didn't set my expectations too high about delivery. The living room set is on order now. Excellent service!
Great customer service. I called about something I wanted to order online and the design specialist that I spoke with gave me tons more info than wasn’t obvious online, and then completed my order right there on the phone. I then emailed a week later to add something and she handled it right away. Hoping that the estimate given for arrival is close. Their service is much appreciated in times that In person shopping is not as easy.
