ETA - I've been bringing someone here for months now and my overall impression has changed for the better. Receptionists, music, and all, smile. Highly recommended. Dr Kahsai and his assistant were fantastic. One of the nicer Optometry offices I've been to, they have coffee, water, and sodas for clients in the lobby, and a nice selection of eyeglasses as well. The only thing I didn't care for was the music... They were playing hip hop songs played in night clubs, totally inappropriate for a business to be playing loudly at a front desk. Lyrics of that sort don't belong anywhere professional. Also, there were many receptionists on staff but only one who smiled or said hello. First impression was that the front desk customer service is lacking.

Been going to Everett Optometry 20 years that I can think of it's been a long time they are friendly and always Professional and have a great selection of frames to choose from. You will enjoy your visits even in these pandemic restricted visits all the measures are taken to make sure you are safe and taken care of. Thanks EOC

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Khasai was friendly and explained things to me in a digestible way. The appt was swift and I felt they were taking plenty of precautions for Covid. Very pleased so far, can't wait to get my glasses!

I visited the clinic for the first time a few weeks ago and the staff and Dr. Kahsai were very welcoming and friendly. They helped me find the right frames for my face shape and a pair that looks great! I picked up the frames this afternoon and am so happy with the service! Scheduling an appointment online was super easy!
