I am beyond grateful to Brian, who resolved an issue for me. I don't want to go into detail, but Brian went above and beyond to resolve a problem I had, thanks to a now former manager at another location (I should mention, that location was also friendly and helpful, it's just simply a miscommunication). Anyway, I appreciate his willingness to help, and also thanks to Paul who I spoke to originally. His professional and helpful manner put me at ease when I first called, and set the tone for everything else. I totally recommend bringing your business to Firestone. These guys are the best!

I always come to these guys for my alignment and am very satisfied with the level of customer service and knowledge these guy display every time. Their techs perform their job to customer specification and retain a natural appearance of professionalism every time. Blake, Ryan, and the manager there (I forgot your name, Man, sorry) are all very understanding and down to earth guys with a passion for cars/trucks and want to help out. I'd take all my mechanical needs to them if I didn't like to do stuff myself. You guys rock, thanks for working on my old POS's. See you guys again soon!
