Had this company come out a few weeks ago to give me an estimate on my fence. We were scheduled at 1130, the contractor texted me and said he would have to push it back until 1230. Which was cool, then I get a text saying I won’t be there until 1240 now. He finally gets there does his thing and leaves an estimate in my door. I give him a call to talk about it. He responds I’ll call you back after waiting a day I text him again and say when can we talk, he responds I’ll call you back later. After waiting 2 days I text him again just simply asking if he wants the work, he responds yes been busy which I get. I give him another 3 days text him and tell him I get it, it’s the holidays but cmon man, so needless to say don’t waste your time with this company. It’s obvious he didn’t want to do business with me. I recommend image fencing very professional and on time

NO call no show, made several attempts to reschedule and made several attempts to give them my business. I even wrote an email with my displeasure and didn't even get a reply.

These guys just put in a monster of a fence for us on a challenging slope and it looks amazing. Great product through and through. If I need more fencing in the future they will get my business.
