I came to visit someone and noticed how well maintained the property is. You can tell it went through a renovation recently. The staff are friendly and the residents were all smiles. Looks like a great place to live.
I have lived here now for eleven months. And am very pleased with everything to date. If I have an issue it is always taken care of in a timely manner. Erin and Eric always go beyond their responsibility. Love the monthly events in the community. The grounds are always taken care of. Common areas are also kept in great shape! I HAVE BEEN AT HOLLY VILLAGE FOR 10 YEARS AND THAT IS THE LONGEST I HAVE EVER LIVED SOMEWHERE. I LIKE THE HOMEY FEEL OF LIVING HERE. WE HAVE CRAFTS, BINGO, MONTHLY BIRTHDAY CAKE AND OUR LANDLADY IS VERY NICE TO PEOPLE AND WILL GO OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP PEOPLE. WE HAVE A BOWLING ALLEY NEXT DOOR TO DINE AND HAVE DRINKS. THERE IS ALSO RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY AND A SCHOOL RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN TO ATTEND. YOU CAN TAKE WALKS AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND FEEL SAFE. IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS THEY ARE A PET FRIENDLY COMMUNITY AND THEY ARE ALSO SAFE. THERE IS A GOOD MAINTENANCE TEAM HERE THAT HELPS AND GETS MAINTENANCE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
I have been working with this property since 2014. First as a cleaner hired by a cleaning company. Then as a Vendor cleaning the property. Great Staff easy to work with and have great communication. Wonderful residents always a pleasure to see everyone.
