For the last 6 months I have been going to Monroe C.C. to visit at SOU and the refreshment machine has been out of order numerous times. The last 2 weeks evergreen gave CO's plastic cups for water(which is horrid and tastes like metal) I have been told this problem has existed for 2 yrs, and the machine needs cleaning/replacement. I appreciate the variety of items in the other 3 dispensers but I find it hard to digest with no fluids. This is the only facility that has no coffee dispense eithe r. This is not the first time that I write or call your company, Please take care of this problem. Libby Wagner

One of their vending machines at a hospital wouldn't accept any of my item selections (and yes, even tho I was braindead from sitting 4 hours in the ER waiting room, I do know how to use a vending machine). It would say invalid item. It did however manage to charge my debit card several times, as proven by my bank statement. Hopefully this isnt something that happens often. Altho, it sure would be easy to make a couple extra bucks off of such machine behavior. And, most people would never bother to contest a lost dollar or two. Im sure this isnt the case, but just saying.... Also, not sure if this is coincidence or not, but my debit card info was stolen that same night and used to spend 300 in a town 3 hours away. The only time I used my card that day was on this vending machine and the one right next to it (which worked flawlessly). Again, not sure if coincidence or not.
