Disappointed! I first sent an email inquiry about her availability. I did not want to go to the trouble of hauling my furniture pieces if she was not going to have time for me. I arrived between the indicated times.... about 25 min before closing. When I entered the building, I was met by two dogs. She made no effort to call them away from me (I am uncomfortable with dogs). Then I had to maneuver myself and my furniture pieces around large furniture and boards on the floor as I made my way to her work area. The first thing she said to me was "I was just trying to wrap things up" I felt unwelcome! The shop was filthy (covered in dog hair and dust). I stood talking with her trying to juggle my items as I did not want to put them down for fear they would get dirty. She took measurements and wrote down my contact information on the back of a scratch piece of paper and said she would have to call her suppliers on Monday. She told me she would call me Monday with a quote and promised the job would only take a few days. She never called me back. My impression was that this business is unprofessional. I would have been willing to give it a try if the price was right, but she never called me back.

Doesn't deliver on promises. Dropped off a couple of boat seat in early May, was told they would be done first week of June. Called ahead to make sure they were going to be completed and was told they would be done ahead of schedule. Pick up day is here and they're not done. Being told they might be done in another week. "Might be done!!!!"
