Great doc in the box. Friendly and knowledgeable. They have looked after my wife and me several times for covid test and other minor issues.

I had a little accident and thought I could go to just any one of those Care places you see on every corner. I called several and they all said they would probable just send me to the emergency room so I called Exceptional Emergency Center. They were closer than any hospital and said they could take care of my issue. When I arrived they greeted me and took me right in. The Dr. took a look and the gave me a quote on what the procedure entailed and cost. I told them I didn't have insurance and they gave me a very reasonable price. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They took care of my issue and I was able to walk away and live another day. I would go there again but hope I don't find the need.

The staff there are Great! Their friendly, kind, excellent customer service, and they care!!! I had to go there twice in one week because I started off with pneumonia more in my left lung with fluid. Then my right lung showed pneumonia also. They staff and doctors there are amazing.

I came in on a Saturday night after falling down the stairs. They did X-rays and said I was fine and I knew my toe wasn’t right so I saw my primary doctor who did X-rays and my toe was indeed fractured. So you conned me out of money. I should have just skipped this place and waited til Monday to see my doctor.

It’s super easy to get tested here. You make your appointment online. Very simple. Show up at the time you chose and you are in and out normally within 30 minutes to an hour with your results in hand. I have been exposed several time and I use this place each time I need to get tested. The staff is very nice and professional!

If you are needing rapid test because you can't breath or sweating from head to toe nervous and concerned make sure u let them know u just don't want a test for for fun or they will put you at the bottom and continue to let people go before you because a test is not an emergency. I'm here for an emergency,everyone is here for an urgent reason. If it wasn't urgent I def wouldn't pick a late shift or my work night to wait forever to get tested.Do not recommend if you are needing urgent care.
